Donkey Boxx Installation

Adhere reflective stickers to sides

Peal off FURRY side of Velcro strip, open lid and apply over printed registration mark pressing firmly

Peal off remaining Velcro backing, shut lid while pulling flap outward and press firmly

Line up Donkey Boxx to your rack and fit using Heel Clearance Tool and largest shoe you'll use to ride your bicycle

Install one zip-tie through forward hole in back of boxx, and passing around rack rail back through top hole, snug loosely

Install second zip-tie towards back of boxx, snug loosely

Take a test ride to check for heel strike — move boxx rearward if need be

Cinch top zip-ties tight and cut

Place lower zip-tie through stiffener plate. Insert tie through lower boxx hole near rack leg. Use second stiffener plate between boxx and rack leg. Run zip-tie around lower rack leg and back through stiffener plate holes and boxx — cinch & cut excess

Personalize for fun and security. For riding in consistent wet weather, cut small strips of clear packing tape for the zip tie holes not used, be sure to keep the lower holes clear for drainage.
